Situated in the heart of Sydney’s financial district, Skyone Capital looked to Morphos to design and construct their contemporary new office within the prestigious Aurora Place. A private investment company, Skyone required a modern, vibrant design to the space, to cater to the mixed generational team, while maintaining an overall feeling of professionalism and sophistication. 

Being a smaller tenancy, spatial planning was essential in ensuring the space worked for Skyone functionally, and at the same time, touched on the design objectives that our team had established. The boardroom was placed central to the office, creating a soft divide between the front of house waiting area and general workspace. Maximising the natural light from the full height windows was a crucial design element, so glass partitions were used throughout the tenancy to prevent the space feeling dark or restrictive.   

To bring in an element of luxe, custom joinery accompanied by curved glass was introduced to the space, surrounding the boardroom; the combination proves to be a centrepiece to the contemporary design, while also serving a functional purpose as open storage.
