Charter Hall Spec Tenancies

Following the successful refurbishment to a floor at Wentworth Chambers, Morphos was asked to propose a substantial upgrade to the 8th Floor of Selborne Chambers. Morphos worked with the floor Clerk and some nominated Barristers to come up with design detail to meet the requirements. On finalising the scope, specifications and costs, Morphos was given the go-ahead to make it happen. As with any major works in the Chambers building, the works needed to be carried out over the Christmas break and work around other refurbishments and upgrades being undertaken at the same time.
